Great experience with great food ! We had a large group and our service was spectacular. Our server Christopher was great and took care of us throughout the evening. Highly recommend Mcgills!

Part of the retirement tour... Upon retirement, my husband got a variety of gift cards to different steak houses in Tulsa and this was our 3rd stop on the retirement tour . Things started out rough, mostly because the service was odd. We got there early (hubs is over the top when evaluating "the traffic")l so checked in with hostess and said we'd have a drink in the bar while we waited. At which point the hostess stared at us like we were speaking a foreign language and just shrugged. At the bar I ordered a Pineapple Upside Down Cake martini and it was fabulous but we had a weird experience with the bartender there too. After making our drinks, she came out from behind the bar and sat at the bar with a guy I assume was a regular and chatted with him for about 15 minutes while we were trying to pay our check. When we finally got to our table, the weirdness continued for a bit. We literally sat there for 20 minutes. (I timed it) before a waitress came and greeted us, asked how we were doing, and asked about appetizers. Things did improve after that, once we ordered, our waitress was attentive and helpful, and the food was pretty good. I loved my steak: I had the ribeye and it was delicious. I ordered the asparagus instead of the mixed vegetables which was mistake - there is an up charge and the asparagus definitely wasn't worth it. But all in all, good food which is the most important thing, delicious cocktails which are also important, but weird service that dropped them to 4 stars overall (would probably be a 3.5 if we could give half stars).

I got the 10oz filet mignon, paired it with some red wine and got the bruschetta app. The filet was cooked perfectly medium, which is what I requested. Usually places like this will undercook your steak. The brochette was also quite good. The service was good but the waiter was a little awkward like he was new. The ambiance inside was a little too dark but fun local photos decorated the inside.

This is the first time at McGill's. The restaurant is later out very nice and has a very cozy atmosphere. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable when we asked about the special of the day and helpful in making our selection. The calamari was a perfect start with Cajun dip. I had the Pasta Lobster, which was good, but it was swimming is sauce. The flavors were good though. My wife had the Prime Rib which was excellent, cooked to perfection. Overall, a good experience. We will be back.

We had our first experience at Mcgills for our 12 year anniversary and it was very pleasant. We were told happy anniversary from the host which was nice. Our waiter was also very observant and nice. He kept our table clean and didn't over do it so we could enjoy our dinner together. The food was delicious and my husbands steak was so rare just like he likes it!! I might have ate more of his steak then my chicken! The carrot cake was also very good! The dim lighting and soft music was very enjoyable for our special occasion. Overall, a great dinner!

Hadn't been to McGill's in some years and decided to go try them out again. I was able to reserve my seat on a Saturday evening at 7:45 with hardly any issues. The restaurant was clean, we were greeted and seated promptly upon arriving. Through the entire stay, we were treated well with great service. I ended up ordering the bone in rib-eye with a loaded baked potato and my date ordered NY strip with the vegetables. Both of our steaks were cooked per our request and had a great flavor that was juicy and prepared just right. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend their business anytime with reasonable prices.

I always love coming here for lunch or dinner they also have a happy hour in the bar from 5 to 7 where their appetizers are all half off. It's always a good meal if you want great steak but also there's salmon and other foods are really good. They have a lobster pasta I can also recommend.
